Task Force
We created a COVID-19 multi-disciplinary task force to organize our resources and lead our response efforts so that the information delivered is the same across all 70 locations in 9 states.
Daily Screening
Each day, all of our 5,500+ employee-owners and all healthcare workers are screened for signs/symptoms of COVID-19 before beginning their shift.
Working With the CDC
We receive daily guidance and direction from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as well as local, state and federal governments.
Communication
We have sent letters, made phone calls to all of our patients and their responsible parties and kept all other means of communication updated to let everyone know the steps we have taken as a company to keep our patients, employee-owners and communities safe.
Isolation Protocols
We have strict isolation protocols in place for employee-owners and patients with signs/symptoms of COVID-19 and/or if they have been exposed in any way. We also provide the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to our employee-owners that they may need while providing care.
Vaccinations
The federal government issued a vaccination mandate for all healthcare workers in early 2022. All of our employee-owners must be fully vaccinated or have an approved exemption on file.
