Meet Our Family | Holly Randolph, Volunteer Coordinator
My name is Holly Randolph and I am a LMSW and Volunteer Coordinator at the Sierra Vista, Arizona location for hospice and home health. I started my social work career advocating for adults with disabilities to assist with independence and job coaching during my undergrad while living in Tennessee. I then went back to school to complete my MSW with a concentration in military social work while working with the Service to Armed Forces program at the American Red Cross in Fort Bragg, North Carolina providing support to service members and families, resource assistance to veterans, and acted as a supervisor for BSW interns. After graduation, I worked in hospice care and realized quickly that I have a hospice heart.
My husband is active duty Army, which has allowed our family the opportunity to move to this beautifully majestic area – and now we do not want to leave! I have been so blessed to work with so many amazing people at Eden Arizona, in all three locations, and appreciate every opportunity to learn and grow as an individual and employee thanks to these wonderful people that are now my Eden family! While I was more familiar with hospice care prior to working at Eden, I have learned so much about home health and providing support to both lines of service while utilizing home care to help assist patients who need additional support. I love being able to provide a positive impact in the lives of those whom we serve and giving back to the community.
Thank you Eden Arizona for welcoming me and becoming my second family!
Pleasure to meet you. Very impressive life and career for someone so young. Welcome to the Eden family.
